Would you believe me if I told you that this Prince-like peplum top was actually a dress?

Yes... that's right.. this is actually a dress that I brought last year to wear at a function (that I didn't even attend). When I saw this dress I automatically fell in love with the sleeves (one side is sleeveless... the other side has dramatic ruffles going down to the peplum). Never being worn and having NO place to wear it right now (kinda short) I decided to turn it into a shirt to go with my favorite ripped up boyfriend jeans... Oh! and I threw on a pair of blue heels for the outfit to POP!

Now this is a Fall trend that I am excited to try (even though some of my FAB bloggers have been keeping up to date with this trend since the summer)but for me (next season) it's all about the layers.

Fashion Friday | Trend Alert | Jersey Number Tops

After reading this Trend Alert post for my FAV blog "Confessions of a Glam-Aholic" on Jersey number tops I knew I was in love. Besides seeing some of my FAV celebs (Kelly Rowland, Teyana Taylor & Ciara) to name a few who has been seen wearing and looking FIERCE I knew that I had to get me one.

While in Strawberry yesterday I came across a few Number Jersey's that I just HAD to have... AND THEY WERE ON SALE ($7.99). So being the "Blogger on a Budget" that I am I purchased (3) different Jersey's. One regular size to fit me well as a top and the other (2) I brought them as big, large, oversize as I can so that I am able to wear them as a Jersey Dress.

So be on the look out because I smell a photo-shoot coming soon with a FAB pair of shoe and my NEW Jersey Number Dress/ Top.

Trend Alert | My Fall Obsession | Jewel-Toned Blazers under $100

TAMMY'S OBSESSION: I am in LOVE with these colorful blazers... THIS is NEXT season "Must-haves"... especially during NY Fashion Week.  The blazer is the easiest clothing to  throw on with a pair of boyfriend jeans, cut-off shorts and even a  cute pleated skirt.
