I don't know how I was able to pull this off but I turned this dress (from target)
into a fierce pants set.

I'm the girl known for always wearing a dress/ skirt... anything besides pants.
I was once on the hunt for a blue and white stripped pants suit but I couldn't find anything and
I wasn't about to pay an arm and a leg for on IG Boutique (Instagram), Lol.
I recently came across this off the shoulder mini dress in my closet that I brought from Target a few months ago.
I really didn't like how the dress looked on me but the top part of the dress was my FAV so I decided to cut it up and use it as a top instead of a dress.
Now all I need to do was find the perfect bottom (pants) to match this FAB top, which I did at Primark in Freehold raceway Mall.
Speaking of Primark... Did you know that the Brooklyn location opened it's doors this Saturday at Kings Plaza? If not you need to check it out.
